Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for any subscription plan.

1. No Refund Policy

Simpatico HR operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing cloud-based HRMS, ATS, and AI-powered recruitment tools. Due to the nature of digital SaaS products, all payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 2-day free trial with access to core platform features. No payment information is required during the trial period. We strongly encourage you to fully evaluate the platform during this trial before committing to a paid plan.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any past or current billing period.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Charges for renewed subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the difference in plan pricing during the current period. You retain full access to the higher plan's features until the current period ends.

6. Payment Processing (Razorpay)

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. The same no-refund policy applies to all transactions processed through Razorpay. No refunds will be processed for any subscription charges.

7. All Payment Methods

Regardless of the payment method used (credit/debit card, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets, or any other method supported by Razorpay), all charges are final and non-refundable.

8. Exceptions

In rare cases of duplicate charges or technical billing errors, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge. We will review and correct any verified billing errors at our sole discretion.
